the bar is great it supported me and the heaviest of my friends... but in the other end the resistances bands are not that great 2 of them broke in the first 2 weeks of using them... wish they would of lasted longer

The chin up bar is awesome, the seller has great customer service and offered me a refund for the bands when they broke after a week and a half. The lesson for me was to stick with the free weights.

While the chin-up bar is fine, the resistance bands give very minimum resistance and BREAK! The highest resistance band, black, is supposed to be 20 lbs. worth of resistance. It felt more like 5 lbs. and it broke after just 8 workouts. It might have been the extra strain I needed to add to make them even remotely effective. Such poor quality leaves a terrible impression of this company
